Anna Marie Stephanie S. Cabigao

Stephanie Cabigao is pursuing her MA in Philippine Studies (Philippine Languages and Art Studies) at the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman. She is also a writer and researcher for the university publications – UP Newsletter and UP Forum. Her research interests involve cultural, museum, and historiography studies on Philippine languages, visual arts, and cinema.

Jesame Dilag-Domingo

Jesame Dilag-Domingo is currently working as a senior high school faculty member at the University of Santo Tomas. Her research interests are on mother tongue-based multilingual education, language acquisition, children’s literature, and narrative and critical discourse analysis.

Jomar I. Empaynado

Jomar I. Empaynado is Instructor at the Department of Filipino, Loyola Schools, Ateneo de Manila University. His research interests include Filipino linguistics, lexicography, semantics, first and second language acquisition, translation, and sociolinguistics.

Schedar D. Jocson

Schedar D. Jocson is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Filipino and Philippine Literature, UP Diliman. He is taking up his doctorate degree in translation at the same institution. His research interests include literary translation, language-in-education, and multilingualism.

Ronel O. Laranjo

Ronel O. Laranjo is currently teaching at the Department of Filipino and Philippine Literature, UP Diliman. His research interests include Filipino as a second language, interlanguage of learners of Filipino, and comparative studies on Philippine and Korean culture and society.

April J. Perez

April J. Perez is taking up her doctorate degree in Filipino at UP Diliman. Currently, she is an assistant professor at the Department of Filipino and Philippine Literature, College of Arts and Letters. Her research interests include structural linguistics, Filipino linguistics, sociolinguistics, and teaching Filipino as second language.

Jayson D. Petras

Jayson D. Petras is an assistant professor at the Department of Filipino and Philippine Literature, UP Diliman. He holds a master’s degree in Philippine Studies from the same institution. His work focuses on Philippine psychology, psychology of language, and language planning. He has published in several scholarly journals and books.

Ria Rafael

Ria Rafael teaches linguistics and Japanese language at the Department of Linguistics, UP Diliman. Her research interests include Philippine linguistics and languages, typology, lexicography, and Japanese language and culture.

Francisco C. Rosario, Jr.

Francisco C. Rosario, Jr. is a faculty member at the Department of Linguistics, UP Diliman, where he teaches general linguistics courses. His research interests include Pangasinan language and culture, multilingual studies, and cultural linguistics.

Zarina Joy T. Santos

Zarina Joy T. Santos is a full-time faculty at the Department of Filipino and Philippine Literature, UP Diliman. Her current research focuses on lexicography and language management in social institutions.
